Help Centre
All users set up within Juniper Insights can access our help centre, which contains a wide range of useful articles for the KS4 & KS5 MAT reports, all to help you and your staff fully utilise the service. This includes information from how to publish the reports from within Sisra Analytics and analyse data, to additional useful resources and training materials!
To open the help centre, click '?' in the top right corner of any page within Juniper Insights, which will then open this in a separate tab in your browser.
Contacting Customer Support - Live Chat
In addition to the above, users can also contact our dedicated Support team via Live Chat, during opening hours, or by leaving a message either during, or outside of opening hours.
Live Support is available 9am to 5pm (UK time), Monday to Friday. As such, if you're unable to find the help you need within the KS4 & KS5 Dashboard Help Centre, you can follow the steps below to obtain further support.
To access support, click the button in the bottom right corner of any page within the Help Centre.
You can select to Ask a question, Contact an agent or Help Guides.
Selecting Ask a question, you can type your question into the message field, and the chat bot quickly will try to find an answer for you.
Selecting Contact an agent will allow you to chat with one of our Support team in real time if you require any further assistance. Once clicked, you would need to enter your full name and email address (this should be the email address to which your user account is registered), then click Send and select 'Sisra Analytics (or Dashboard)'. You will then be connected through as soon as possible.
During busy periods there may be a slightly longer wait before you connect with a support operator. Please rest assured a member of the team will get to you in due course, but you can opt to leave a message for one of the team to get back to you via email, if you prefer.

Outside of opening hours you can still leave a message and we will get back to you via email as soon as we can, or you can email us via assessmentdashboard.support@junipereducation.org.
Please include as much detail as possible, such as the name of your Trust, and the Key Stage and Cohort you're working with, as this helps to ensure we can help you with your query as effectively as we can.
