Juniper Websites: How do I purchase extra AI credits?

Overview

This article explains how to buy credits needed to use the AI Content Assistant built into Juniper Websites. AI credits can be purchased in bundles of 1,000,000. 

Prerequisites

You will need to be an administrator of your website to purchase AI credits.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Add-Ons tab on the Admin bar.

  2. Scroll down to Integrations and select the AI Credits tile:

  3. The AI Credits window opens with details of the price of the credits and any previous purchase history. To make a purchase, enter your order number (if required by your finance team) and select Pay. 

  4. When prompted to confirm your purchase, select OK.

Outcome

Your order is sent to our accounts team, who will invoice your school accordingly.
