To help you add events that you already have in another calendar system quickly, there is an option to import them from an ICS file into a calendar category within your website.
Before you begin, obtain an ICS file from your calendar tool, for example, Microsoft Calendar or Google Calendar, containing the events to import into a website calendar category.
You will need to make sure the category you want to import into already exists. If it doesn’t then create a category first.
Only select the events/categories from your calendar that you want to make public on your website.
From the calendar on your website where you want to import the events:
- Select the Edit tab.

Select Import Events to view the import menu:
- Select Choose file and select the ICS file to import into the calendar from your computer.
- Check one or more website calendar categories where the imported events will be added to:
- Select Import.
After the events have been added they can be edited and deleted in the usual way, using the options within the Edit tab.
