Sisra Observe: How do I reset my login details?

If you ever forget your login details, you can reset these from the Sisra Observe log in page: https://sisraobserve.co.uk/

You can then click 'Forgotten your login details?'. mceclip0.png

Then, enter your registered email address and click OK.

 

Sisra Admins - If one of your members of staff have forgotten their login details, you can enter their email address here for them to reset these too!

If the email address you have entered is registered, details on how to recover your account information have been sent to that address. This should confirm your username and also provide a 'Change Login Details' link to enter a new password (which expires after 1 hour).
 
If the link does expire, you can repeat the steps above as often and as many times as needed.
 

If you do not receive the email, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • You have not entered your email address correctly.
  • The address entered is not associated with an active user account.
  • The email is in your spam folder or has been blocked by the spam filters 

If you still have problems, we recommend speaking to your Sisra Administrator at school or local IT department who may then be able to check the following:

  • '@sisra.com' is on your accepted lists at school
  • The cookies in your browser are enabled
  • Clearing your cache
