This article aims to explain how to export KS2 core baselines from KS3/4, KS4 core baselines from KS5, or EAP Baselines.
KS3/4: KS2 and EAP Baselines
To export core KS2 or EAP baselines for KS3/4, click DATA > KS3/4 and cohort > KS2 / EAP > Uploads > ‘Export’.
KS5: KS4 Core and EAP Baselines
Core Baselines
To export your KS4 Core Baselines from KS5, first go to DATA > Keystage 5 > select cohort > KS4 / EAP > Core Baselines > Core Baselines List, then click either the ‘Export Grade List’ or 'Export Broadsheet' button, depending on how you want the information to be presented.
Every student who is present in the cohort in Analytics will have a row in this export, regardless of whether they have any core baselines imported or not. This can be seen with ‘5004 – Aniston; Jennifer’ in the screenshots below, as she has no core baselines imported.

EAP Baselines
To export EAP baselines in KS5, click DATA > KS5 & cohort > KS4 / EAP > EAP / Baselines > Uploads > ‘Export’.
Again, this will export all files uploaded into this area, which can be filtered to view specific baselines.
