If you have forgotten or require a new password, a password reset email can be sent from the login page: Juniper.online 

Select the 'Forgot your password?' link and enter your registered email address.

A password reset email will then be sent to you. Please check your junk/spam folders if this doesn't appear in your inbox.

If you are logged in and you wish to change your current password, you can do this at any time by going to My Profile via the top dropdown, and 'Edit Password':
