Overview

This article explains how to publish your KS4 / EAP data. This will update KS4 Core Baselines, EAP Baselines, and EAPs used in the reports.

Instructions

Follow these steps to publish KS4 / EAP:

1. Select DATA.
2. Select Key Stage 5.
3. Select Cohort.
4. Select KS4 / EAP.
5. Select Publish KS4 / EAP.
6. From Publish KS4 / EAP, select Publish:
   
7. A health check of the KS2 baseline setup for the KS3/4 year groups is undertaken that checks for any invalid Core Baseline values in all of the KS4 APS GCSE, KS4 APS All, Prior English, and Prior Maths columns, to help ensure they’re in the correct format. The results of the data health check are displayed. Depending on the outcome, these may include details of failures, warning messages and icons, and links to helpful resources:
   
   1. If any issues are found, select Cancel and resolve them before publishing using the guidance in Sisra Analytics: How do I fix invalid Core Baseline warnings in KS5? (Admin).
   2. Alternatively, select Publish.

Outcome

Publishing starts and progress is indicated. Select Cancel before the publishing begins to remove the publish request from the publish queue.

When the publishing is complete select Close:
