Overview

This article explains how to publish your KS2 / EAP data for KS3/4 cohorts. This will update KS2 Baselines, EAP Baselines, and EAPs used in the reports.

Instructions

Follow these steps to publish KS2 / EAP:

1. Select DATA.
2. Select Key Stage 3/4.
3. Select Cohort.
4. Select KS2 / EAP.
5. Select Publish KS2 / EAP.
6. From Publish KS2 / EAP, select Publish:
   
7. A health check of the KS2 baseline setup for the KS4 year groups is undertaken. The results of the data health check are displayed. Depending on the outcome, these may include details of failures, warning messages and icons, and links to helpful resources:
   
   1. If any issues are found^*, select Cancel and resolve them before publishing using the guidance in Sisra Analytics: Baseline Management - How do I fix baseline setup warnings in KS3/4? (Admin).
   2. Alternatively, select Publish.

_{* For the 24/25 and 25/26 cohorts, we are aware you may not have KS2 Scaled Score baselines uploaded owing to these students not having taken official KS2 tests. In this instance, you will be able to proceed with publishing KS2 / EAP as normal and disregard this warning. Outcome

Publishing starts and progress is indicated. Select Cancel before the publishing begins to remove the publish request from the publish queue.

When the publishing is complete:

1. If you have published your Students and Grades previously for the cohort, select Publishing Complete to be taken to the reports.
2. If you still need to publish your Grades for the cohort, select Close to return to Publish KS2 / EAP before publishing them.
