As well as reporting MarvellousMe usage by pupil, class, year group or teacher, you can set up additional reporting filters so you can view/evidence how you have engaged parents of cohorts such as Pupil Premium or SEN.
These filters can be applied to any MarvellousMe report.
- Go to Group Management.
- Select the Filters tab.
- Select Add Filter.
- Type the filter name (e.g. Pupil Premium or SEN).
- Select Year (can choose ‘Mixed’ if appropriate).
- Select Create.
- Select Add Pupils and follow the on-screen instructions.
Important: If copying and pasting from a csv list, ensure the pupils’ forenames and surnames are listed in the first column, and their UPNs in the second column. - Select Save Changes.
