How to view which Parents are yet to sign up/already signed up

Report which children do not have a parent signed up yet

Report_Parents_still_to_join.gif

  • Go to Parent Codes and Invites.
  • Select Parents still to join in the Usage filter.
  • Ignore Teacher filter.
  • The results will display the names of the children that don’t yet have a parent linked to their MarvellousMe join code. You can export this information by tapping Download Selected or use Print to print out individual join code letters.

Report which children have a parent signed up

  • Go to Parent Codes and Invites.
  • Select Parents engaged in the Usage filter.
  • Ignore Teacher filter.
  • The results will display the names of the children that have at least one parent linked to their MarvellousMe join code.
    • You can export this information by tapping Download Selected.
    • To view the name and email of a parent/carer linked to the child, select Followers.
