- Go to Group Management.
- Select Action to the right side of the Group you want to edit
- Select Edit.
- Make the required changes
- Rewrite the Group Name or change the Year Group
- Select 'Remove' to take a pupil out of the Group
- Select 'Add Pupils' to add pupil(s) to the Group. Then follow the onscreen instructions
- Select 'Teachers' to view/change the Group Owner and which staff are assigned to this group
- Select the 'Owner' button to the right-side of the relevant teacher's name. If they are not showing on the list, click 'Add Teachers' and type their name in the search box
- To assign more Teachers to the group select 'Add Teachers', type their name in the search box, then select the 'Add' box
- Once taken back to the Group, select 'Save Changes'
