How to make changes to an admin login (including resetting the password & setting up additional users)

Only one Admin account is provided for each school.

To change the name or email address (username) for your school's Admin account, please ask a member of the school leadership team to contact the MarvellousMe Support Team by emailing support.mme@junipereducation.org.

To reset the password for your school's Admin account, use the Forgotten your password? option on the Admin login screen. A password reset link will then be sent to the email address we hold for your school's Admin account. Alternatively, please contact the MarvellousMe Support Team on support.mme@junipereducation.org.
