How to edit and delete teacher accounts

To edit a staff member's account

  • Go to Teachers and Pupils.
  • Type the teacher’s name into the Search box.
  • Select Edit next to their name. 
  • Update the name/email as necessary*
  • Select Save Changes.

* Whilst you can also reset a teacher's password here, we encourage the teacher's to use the forgotten password option on their login screen (which prompts a password reset email).

To delete a staff member's account

  • Go to Teachers and Pupils.
  • Type the teacher’s name into the Search box.
  • Select Delete next to their name. 
  • Select Yes to confirm.
