Custom Data Fields
Custom Data Fields can be created for use within a number of areas of the system in the Pupil Profile for
fields relating to Pupils, on the School Information page for school level fields.
The system allows you to create field in a number of locations:
- On the School Information Page
- In a Pupil Profile (go to a pupil profile select edit)
- In a Staff Profile (go to a member of staff select edit)
Once you select Setup Custom Data Field the following menu appears:
Here you can create fields for School, Pupils, or Users depending on the option chosen (Who is this for?)
Enter the details of the Custom Data, name, type, access levels, format (Yes/No, Date. Number, Pre-defined, Text)
Once complete select Add new CDF, once this is done it will appear under Custom Data (Items either on the Schools Options Page (School), on the Pupil Profile Edit Page of Pupils (Pupil) or Staff Profile edit Page.
