What is the Excel Add-In for?
The Excel Add-In can be downloaded and installed to help you prepare your Staff and Class Context Data files to be imported / uploaded into Sisra Observe in the correct format.
This is an optional extra and alternatively you can prepare your files manually, you would just need to ensure your data is in the correct format as shown in the file upload examples in Sisra Observe, and saved as CSV (MS DOS) format.
Compatibility
The Sisra Observe Excel Add-In is compatible with the following:
- Microsoft Windows only - full versions 8 and above .
- Microsoft Office only - full versions
However, this can also depend on the complexity and set up of your network settings and your individual user permissions at school.
How to download and install the Excel Add-In
To download and install the Excel Add-In, click the attachment at the bottom of this article. The latest version is 1.0.30.0.

You can then run through the installation wizard to fully install. Depending on your schools network settings, you may need admin rights to install the Add-In and as such, we recommend contacting your local IT department at school for help with this.
