Email signatures for selection when composing emails can be created using templates.
Templates are usually created in html which will require html knowledge but basic templates can also be created using a text editor.
To create a new template, head to Admin > School Options > Templates
To add a new template, select the '+ New Template' button:
Choose the template name, description (if required) and set the 'Scope' to 'Email':
In the Editor, remove the default template content (highlight and delete) and the select the 'Rich Editor; option:
This will allow the contents of the template to entered using the editor. Either type and use the editor tools to format or paste in:
Once content has been entered, click Save and Preview or Save and Exit
The template will appear for selection when using the 'choose template' option in Email > Messaging > Compose Email:
