Learning palettes gives you the ability to select individual lessons or group of lessons, to create your unique learning zone with Greenshaw Learning Trusts remote learning resources.
- On the purple admin ribbon at the top of the page, click the Communications tab.
- Once the page has loaded, click on the tile labelled Remote Learning.

On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a series of buttons. Click the button labelled Learning Palettes.
- Click on the button at the top of the page titled Create a New Learning Palette.
- Enter a title for your new Learning Palette.
- In the Palette API drop-down, select Greenshaw Learning Trust.
- In the Select Lessons box, type some text or group name and press Enter on your keyboard to return a list of available lesson groups.
- Select all the lessons you would like to include in your learning palette by ticking the box next to the individual lesson. Alternatively, select the group name to include all lessons within that group e.g. “Year 7”
- Select the Enable Quizzes box if you would like pre and post-lesson quizzes to be included.
- Once complete, click Publish Palette.
