The Pupil Premium (PP) flag cannot be flagged independently of any FSM qualifier and as a result, cannot be removed if a PP qualifier, such as Free School Meal history exists.
If a pupil has been flagged as PP in error, the following steps can be completed to remove this flag.
Head to the Edit tab in a Pupil Profile and navigate to the Pupil Premium area. The following example pupil has an active PP flag but no 'current' qualifier.
Selecting 'FSM History' will display a pop up with FSM dates which are contributing to the PP flag.
Select the history to be removed and then click the 'Delete' button to remove the record:
Navigate back to Pupil Premium area of the pupil profile and remove the PP tick and save the pupil profile to remove the flag.
