The filter can be used to choose groups / cohorts of pupils but also individual pupils can be selected.
To select individual pupils, click on the number displayed nest to the current filter:
This will launch a pop up where pupils can be selected by clicking the check box next to the pupil name (any selected pupil will display in green):
Selecting 'Apply' will choose and filter to the selected pupils (the filter lozenges will also update to reflect that individuals pupils are selected):
Clicking the 'x' next to the 'Pupils selected' filter lozenge will return the filter to the originally selected year group (year 6 in this instance)
