Sonar Multi-School: Pupil Overview

Sonar Multi-School

Purpose

The Pupil Overview report gives you a snapshot of pupil characteristics across your trust in a table. By default, it loads for the current assessment period, grouped by school.

You can view the data grouped by:

  • School - each row represents a different school.
  • Year Group - each row represents a different year group.
  • By Gender - two rows, one for female pupils and one for male pupils.
  • By Disadvantaged - two rows, one for pupils classified as Disadvantaged and one for Not Disadvantaged.
  • By SEN - two rows, one for pupils classified as SEN and one for Not SEN.

This report only includes pupils with assessment data recorded against their name. It does not represent the total number of pupils on roll across your trust. Pupils who are new to a school and have no assessment data are not included.
