Overview
This article explains how to reset your login details if you have forgotten your Username and Password:
Prerequisites
You must have an email address that is registered with Sisra Analytics.
Instructions
To reset your login details when you can't log into Sisra Analytics:
- Open Sisra Analytics (https://www.sisraanalytics.co.uk/) in your web browser:
- Select Forgotten your login details?.
- When prompted, enter your registered Email address (this must be the exact email address to which your account is registered to):
As a Sisra Admin, you can reset a staff member's login details by entering their email address here if they forget them.
Outcome
If the email address you enter is registered, recovery details are sent to that address, confirming your Username and a Change Login Details link from which you can enter a new Password.
The link expires after 1 hour. When the link expires, repeat Steps 1 to 3 to reset the password.
If you do not receive the email, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- You have not entered your email address correctly.
- The address entered is not associated with an active user account.
- The email is in your spam folder or has been blocked by the spam filters.
If you still have problems, we recommend speaking to your Sisra Admin at school or your IT department who may then be able to check the following:
- @sisra.com is on your accepted lists at school.
- The cookies in your browser are enabled.
- Your cache has been cleared.
