Introduction
Increasingly, we are adding the UserVoice widget to our websites and systems, enabling you to provide our Product team with immediate feedback, without the need to navigate to a different web page.
Sign in to the UserVoice widget
Select the UserVoice widget from the Left Navigation Bar and sign in:
There are two different ways to sign into UserVoice from the widget:
- Enter your school email address and password, then select Sign In when displayed (recommended).
- Single-sign on (through your Juniper Education account, Google account or Microsoft sign in).
Tip: If you do not have an account, select Create an account and follow the prompts.
Tip: If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot Password? and follow the prompts.
Enter your idea
When prompted, start to describe your idea. When completed, select Next to continue:
Check other ideas, vote and decide if you want to continue
You may be prompted to check a list of ideas to see if any are similar to your idea:
- Select an idea to view it and as appropriate, vote for it when prompted, and where applicable continue to post your idea.
- Alternatively, to post your idea select Skip and post idea.
Add extra details and post the idea
When prompted:
- Enter a Title for your idea.
- Select a Category.
- Select Post. You will be thanked for your idea.
