Overview
This article explains how to cancel a club that has been published:
If the club you want to cancel is still saved as a draft, delete it. For more information, see Working with draft clubs.
Open a club
Follow these steps to open a published club:
- Open Events.
- Select Clubs.
- From All Clubs, locate the club.

Cancel a club
Follow these steps to cancel a club that has been published:

Select Cancel Entire Club:

Check the Cancel Club: details and a reason explaining why the club has been cancelled in Reason for Cancellation. This will be included in the communication that is sent to parents:
- Select Cancel Entire Club.

When prompted, select Yes to confirm club cancellation:
The club is cancelled. A message is sent to all invitees confirming the cancellation. A confirmation is also displayed in the club record along with the reason for cancellation. A modal is shown next to the title of the event indicating that it is cancelled:
When you return to All Clubs, the club's entry is listed as having a Cancelled Status:
Next steps
After cancelling a club, ensure you reimburse any payments made by parents / contacts.
