Overview
This article explains how to manually enrol a pupil on a club whose parents do not use the Juniper Education App.
Club enrollment is automatically done on a first-come, first-served basis. You can only enrol pupils in the club until it reaches capacity.
Open a club
Follow these steps to open a published club:
- Open Events.
- Select Clubs.
- From All Clubs, locate the club.

Enrol a pupil
Follow these steps to enrol a pupil in a club:
- Open the club if it is not already open.
- Select the Pupils & Contacts tab.
- Locate the pupil in the list of pupils

Select the ellipsis in the Pupil Status column next to the Invited on the row with the pupil's name:

Select Enroll:
The pupil is enrolled in the club. Their Pupil Status is updated to Enrolled:
Tips and best practices
- Enter the name of a pupil into the search bar to quickly locate them, ready to enrol them on a club.
- Use filters to reduce the number of pupils displayed, and thus speed up pupil selection.
- To increase the capacity of a club, go to the Overview tab, select Edit, increase the Capacity number (as appropriate) and save your changes.
