Overview
This article explains how to display pupils' photographs (from your MIS) instead of the default random cartoon avatars used to represent them in the Whiteboard View, within the Classes part of Comms Hub.
Prerequisites
- You must have the appropriate permissions (Account owner or Full Edit) to update the way pupils are represented in the Whiteboard View.
Instructions
From Comms Hub:
- Select Settings.
- Select Interactions.
- Select Avatars.
- Toggle the switch STATUS off:
Outcome
Your changes will be automatically saved. When a teacher opens the Whiteboard View, pupils are represented using the photograph of them that has been stored in your MIS:
