Juniper Websites: How do I archive a photo album?

Overview

This article explains how to archive a photo album. When you archive a photo album, it is no longer publicly accessible on your website. Archiving an item is different from permanently deleting it. An archived photo album can be edited and re-published at a later date. 

Instructions

From your photo album:

  1. Select Archiving from the Edit tab.
  2. Select when you want to archive:
    1. To archive the item immediately, select Archive now.
    2. To archive on a future date, select the calendar icon or type a date in DD/MM/YYYY format to schedule it. You can also set a time if required.
  3. Select Save from the Edit tab.
  4. Select Save Now.

Outcome

The photo album is archived immediately or where a date/time has been selected, on that date at the specified time.
