Overview
The following article explains how to access and review a document you have been asked to check over.
Prerequisites
To review a document, you must be an administrator or publisher who has received a notification to review someone else's document. New notifications are displayed in the admin toolbar next to My Tasks.
Instructions
- Select My Tasks from the Home tab (A) to open the Task Manager:
- Select a task to view its contents (B).
- Select Review (C). You will be redirected to the page where the document is attached. Scroll to the Attachments section where you will find the selected document.
- Hover your mouse cursor over the attachment to review. The attachments hover menu will appear.
- Select the Download icon. The file will be downloaded to your device's Download folder.
- Locate the file, open it on your device and review it.
- If you are happy with the document, update the review date and ensure the correct reviewer is set, before saving the page.

You have successfully reviewed the document.
