Juniper Websites: How do I review a document attachment?

Overview

The following article explains how to access and review a document you have been asked to check over. 

Prerequisites

To review a document, you must be an administrator or publisher who has received a notification to review someone else's document. New notifications are displayed in the admin toolbar next to My Tasks.

Instructions

  1. Select My Tasks from the Home tab (A) to open the Task Manager:
  2. Select a task to view its contents (B). 
  3. Select Review (C). You will be redirected to the page where the document is attached. Scroll to the Attachments section where you will find the selected document.
  4. Hover your mouse cursor over the attachment to review.  The attachments hover menu will appear.
  5. Select the Download icon. The file will be downloaded to your device's Download folder.
  6. Locate the file, open it on your device and review it. 
  7. If you are happy with the document, update the review date and ensure the correct reviewer is set, before saving the page.

Outcome

You have successfully reviewed the document.
