Overview
This article explains how you use the Value Added (VA) measure to set targets in Key Stage 5. It includes a tutorial video and a flowchart outlining the steps to configure KS5 in Sisra Analytics so that these targets can be pulled from the Reports.
Many schools used L3VA National Data within the KS5 area in Sisra Analytics to generate their students' targets.
Value Added is calculated by using the DfE's Qualification Data for a given Exams year and a student's KS4 Prior Attainment. Setting targets this way can ensure that student and Headline measures look desirable.
Prerequisites
- You must be an administrator.
- KS4 Core Baselines must be correctly imported and set up.
