Juniper Websites: Export Data

This feature allows users with relevant permissions to export a CSV file containing details about the content on their website.

Export page information

To download a spreadsheet containing all page IDs, titles, status', created dates, go-live dates, archived dates, updated dates, name of the user who updated the pages last, keywords assigned to pages, page descriptions and any friendly URLs:

  1. Select Export Data from the Website tab:
  2. Select Content information:

A spreadsheet containing page information will download to your browser's default location for downloads.  Typically, this is your My Downloads folder.

Export form submission data

To export all data submitted by users for a particular form:

  1. Select Export Data from the Website tab:
  2. Select Form submissions
  3. When prompted, select a form title:
  4. Select the data set you want to export from the list provided:
    1. Select All Submissions if you want to enter a specific date range and select the export type (CSV or ZIP).
    2. Select Default to download the report using the default settings. The report will download.
    3. Select the date range to download the report for the displayed date range. The report will download.
    4. Select the date to download a report for the specific date. The report will download.
  5. If you selected, All Submissions you can optionally select a Date Range and an Export Type:
    1. If you leave the Date Ranges blank, all submissions will be exported:
    2. There are two Export Types available to select:
      • CSV - contains a list of the submissions which can be opened in Excel.  Any uploaded files can be accessed using the link in the data.
      • ZIP - a zipped file containing the CSV, plus a folder for each submission containing the individual submission information, and any uploaded files.   
    3. Select Download to save the content to your browser's default downloads folder, for example, My Downloads.

Export calendar events

To download a spreadsheet containing calendar event ID, event title, description, start date, end date, start time, end time, and linked calendar name:

  1. Select Export Data from the Website tab:
  2. Select Calendar events

A spreadsheet containing details of the events within your calendar(s) will download to your browser's default location for downloads.  Typically, this is your My Downloads folder.

Export page and document review information

You can export a list of all file attachments uploaded to pages and files in the File Manager where a review date is set. If a document review has been set for a file, the review date and reviewer name will be included in the report.

Document review is an additional feature which can be enabled on your website. Contact us, if you do not already have this feature and want to add it to your site.

  1. Select Export Data from the Website tab:
  2. Select Page and Document Reviews

A spreadsheet containing details for all the documents on your site will download to your browser's default location for downloads.  Typically, this is your My Downloads folder.
