Juniper Websites
Introduction
If your school is part of a larger group that has multiple Juniper Education websites, for example a MAT, they can be set up to allow content to be shared between sites. There are two ways that content can be shared:
Sharing content - this lets you share you web pages and sub-pages on other websites.
Folder and file sharing - this lets you share folders and files through your Juniper Website File Manager.
Prerequisites
The Linked Site Sharing feature must be enabled to use this functionality.
If you manage a group of websites, for example, across a MAT and want to use the Linked Site Sharing feature, contact us to enable it.
Sharing content
- Open the page that you want to share.
- From the Edit menu, select Share Content:
- Select the Site you want to share content with:
- Select the Page you wish to add the item beneath using the tree view:
- Select Share to add the page you are on to the other site, or press Share with sub-pages to share the item and its sub-pages.
Folder and file sharing
You can share folders and files with other connected schools, for example, in your MAT through File Manager. All schools that are connected can share their files or folders / view files and folders shared with them.
Files and folders can be shared with any connected school, but they can only be deleted from within the File Manager at the original source.
